Summary
The Online Scheduling and Appointment Booking System – Bookly plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 28.2 via deserialization of untrusted input via the ‘value’ parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. No known gadget chain is available.

- Large base64 or serialized blobs in POST bodies, cookies or ViewState (e.g. rO0AB for Java, AAEAAAD for .NET)
- The application process spawning shells or loading unexpected DLLs/JARs right after those requests
- The application's process (w3wp.exe, java, tomcat, node, php-fpm, httpd, python) starting shells or LOLBins (cmd, powershell, sh, bash, curl, wget, certutil)
- New script files in web roots (.jsp, .aspx, .php): a web shell
- Requests to unusual URLs on the application from internet IPs right before any of the above
- Outbound connections from the server to new external IPs
